What to Bring

Considering all that is included in our rentals, what could you possibly need to bring? Here is a quick list of things that we wouldn’t want you to be without!

• Food/ drinks/ water:
  • We can provide you with a 5-gallon bottle of water for $10, you just have to let us know the day before you check in
  • Alcohol is permitted INSIDE the shack, but NOT outdoors
• Chairs: we just couldn’t fit anything else inside for you!
• Bedding: with comfy foam mattresses provided, all you need to think of are sleeping bags or blankets, and pillows!
• Coolers & ice – it IS winter, but be sure to bring your own cooler as one thing the rental doesn’t offer is a fridge
• Tackle & bait: we’ve provided 3 ice fishing rods, so please bring more if required!
• Chargers for all your devices: as much as we all like to get away and disconnect – we also like to stay connected! Besides, how else will you take and share pictures of your amazing fishing experience?!
• Appropriate fishing licences: make sure you have what you need – as well as an understanding of the current Alberta sport-fishing regulations. It isn’t our responsibility to educate you on the details.
• Flash drives/ devices preloaded with movies and entertainment if you so desire
